TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets for Split the Pot are not included in the ticket packages and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. Excluding the packages mentioned previously, preordered tickets or tickets purchased on May 30, 2023 can be exchanged for different denominations. Auction tickets are not refundable. Any monies received after the auction begins will be considered a donation to TSGW.

PRIZE WINNER POLICY: No family or individual can win more than a maximum of two prizes. If said persons win more than two separate packages, they can choose which to forfeit, and those prizes will be redrawn.

CATALOG DISCLAIMER: All prizes received are final and must be removed prior to leaving the auction. Shipping is the responsibility of the prize winner if the winner is a nonattendee. Prizes received are as-is. Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced and are non-transferable. Winners cannot receive cash refunds for any unused portions of a gift certificate. Reservations for trips must be arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified.

No statement contained in this catalog, made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed as a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. The winner must check all gift certificates for appropriate expiration dates. All experiences won at the auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the winner. TSGW is not liable or responsible in any way for the loss, injury, or damage to or in respect to any person or property. TSGW reserves the right to withdraw or change any item.
